What is noshw?
noshw lets service professionals collect a card on file from clients before their appointment. If a client no-shows, you charge the fee in one tap. If they show up, no charge — just a normal appointment.
Do clients need to download an app?
No. Clients receive a text message with a link. They tap it, enter their card, and they’re confirmed. No account, no app, no friction.
Is my clients’ card data secure?
Yes. All card data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. noshw never sees or stores raw card numbers — only a secure token from Stripe.
How much does noshw cost?
noshw is $29/month, flat. No per-appointment fees, no tiers, no surprises. Cancel anytime.
Can I set different fees for different appointments?
Yes. You set a default no-show fee when you sign up, but you can customize the fee for each individual appointment.
